Do rented hours include set-up and take down?


Yes. Please be sure to rent the amount of hours you will need for proper set-up and take down.




Can I bring outside food and beverages?


Yes. You may bring food and drinks at no additional charge. Social Suite is in partnership with several caterers that may assist you in providing food for your event.




What are the decorating restrictions?


-No confetti or glitter -Nothing can be affixed to the walls (no nails, tacks or tape) -No open flamed candles. All candles must be contained so that the flame is surrounded by the container used.




How late can my event last?


All events must end by midnight (break down may extend past midnight if arranged with staff)




What type of chairs do you have?


-White Chiavari (Included in venue rental) -Mahogany Chiavari (available for rent) -White folding chairs (available for rent)




What type of tables do you have?


-8 ft rectangle tables -60 in round tables - Corporate style rectangle - (8) high boy cocktail tables
